EASY BEEF BURRITOS
Submitted by Carol Galde

2 lbs ground beef, browned and rinsed
1 16oz can Fat Free Refried Beans
1/2 cup Uncle John's Bold Bloody Mary Mix
6-8 flour tortillas
1 1/2 - 2 cups Kraft Mexican Four Cheese

Gravy:
1 12 oz jar Heinz Home Style Savory Beef Gravy
1 1/3 cup Uncle John's Bold Bloody Mary Mix

Optional Toppings:
Sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green onions, red peppers.

Brown ground beef and rinse under hot water to remove excess grease. Add Fat Free Refried Beans and 1/2 cup Uncle John's Bold Bloody Mary Mix. Stir until blended and heat through.

In a bowl whisk together Heinz gravy and 1 1/3 cup Uncle John's Bold Bloody Mary Mix until blended. Spray a glass 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Put enough gravy mixture to cover the bottom of the pan. Put 2/3 to 3/4 cup ground beef mixture in center of tortilla. Wrap them and place them in prepared pan. Pour remaining gravy mixture over burritos. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly on the edges. Top with favorite toppings. Excess gravy is great to scoop up with tortilla chips. Picture shown is served with Jon's Dirty Rice recipe found on the Uncle John's Facebook page.
